I.  ORGANIZER:

09-10.08.2014r.  – City center of Krotoszyn – city park.

IV. JUDGES:

Judges sets Polish Sumo Federation.
Judges applications from the other national teams invited to the competition are welcomed.

V.  CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Only male and female athletes – born in ’97 and older have right to take part in competitions.

VI.  PARTICIPATION COSTS:

The costs of accommodation and meals are covered by the organizer.
Accommodation is provided by the organizer to the next day after the competition. One wrestler from each country (men and women) in each weight category is released from entry fee.

The travel expenses and the insurance are covering by the clubs and home federations. Costs of get up from and to the airport in Warsaw, Poznań, Wroclaw is covering by organizer.

Hotel “WODNIK”
Accommodation of teams depends on consultation with the organizer and the order of applications.

VIII.  PRIZES:

in cat. OPEN men:
I place: 1000 USD
II place: 500 USD
III place: 200 USD
III place: 200 USD

in cat. OPEN women:
I place: 500 USD
II place: 300 USD
III place: 100 USD
III place: 100 USD

In categories: -115, -100, -85 kg men and -80, -73, -65kg women valuable prizes and gifts.

In each weight category every country can send just one competitor.
In open category there is no competitors and weight limit (all athletes from other categories can take part in it).

20³⁰ – Dinner (Hotel “KROTOSZ” for all competitors)

8⁰⁰ – 9⁰⁰ – Second weighting and medical examination (Sport hall – of Athletic Association “ROZUM” – Mały Rynek Street 13)
14⁰⁰ – 16⁰⁰ – Eliminations fight round in categories: -115, -100, -85 kg man and   -80, -73, -65 kg woman
16⁰⁰ – 17⁰⁰ – Opening of the event, guests greeting,
17⁰⁰ – 18⁰⁰ – Eliminations fight round in category OPEN (men and women)
18⁰⁰ – 19⁰⁰ – Semi-finals and finals of all categories
19¹⁵ – decoration of the best players, presentation of medals and awards
19⁴⁵ – Closing Ceremony, guests farewell
20⁰⁰ – Banquet (in place of competitions) – show of Street band Krakow – musician entertainment)
